What would make my car's horn blow by itself and the ac compressor not work?

My car's horn started sounding on it's own for about 3 minutes long after it has been tooted. Also, my ac compressor suddenly stopped working.

What would make my car's horn blow by itself and the ac compressor not work?
two different problems most likely not related.. the horn deal is likely a problem under the pad on the wheel where spring tension has been lost allowing the contacts to stick together. the a/c may just have lost enough refridgerant to drop system pressure under minimum for compressor to turn on
Reply:Maybe demons? Take it to a garage, people on here can only guess without actually looking under the hood.
Reply:Your horn is actuated by a horn button. It completes the circut to the horn, so I would figure your horn button has a problem where it will not release the button to cut the circut. You need a new button.

Your A/C compressor doesn't work because you need A/C freon.

You can get a recharge kit to install 134-A freon at the local auto parts store for around forty bucks or so.

It has easy to understand instructions and a CD inside the box to help you do it yourself.
