Yes.

Reply:Yes, cows are female, so they all have udders. Many breeds of cattle have horns with the exception of a few polled breeds. But if the breed is meant to have horns than both cows and bulls have horns but they are often removed in beef and dairy cattle to prevent injury to the cattle and thier handlers.
Reply:All cows have udders. Horns do occur on some breeds in both the bull and the cow. I%26#039;m not sure of the genetics of cows but in sheep, the gene responsible for horns on both male and female is recessive to the gene for horns just on the male and the gene for polled (no horns on either sex) is dominant to both of these.
Reply:%26quot;Out of the 120 species of animals within the family Bovidae (which includes everything from bison and giraffe to oryx and wildebeest), roughly 80 species have horns in both males and females%26quot;

Reply:Both male and female cows can have horns. Most dairy cattle have their horns removed as calves to prevent injury to their young and the farmers working with them.
