Who was the first to do the sign of the horns with the hand in the context of rock'nroll-heavy metal music

It has became quiet normal to see the people doing the sigh on the horns with their hands in rock music shows. What did it mean in the beginning, what does it mean nowadays, a way of devil%26#039;s worship or just a traditional sign?

Who was the first to do the sign of the horns with the hand in the context of rock%26#039;nroll-heavy metal music
i always thought that someone used the sign-language sign for %26#039;i love you%26#039; which is the same as the %26#039;hook em horns%26#039; sign with the thumb extended.

I think some fans saw a person doing that and copied them...and so on and so on...
Reply:One HUGE difference between the %26quot;rock%26quot; hand sign and the %26quot;I love you%26quot; hand sign....the rock sign has the back of the hand facing out. The I love you sign (ASL) has the PALM facing out. Also, the thumb positions are different. ILY is more of a 90 degree angle to make the %26quot;L.%26quot; Report It
