Is it true or false? doe%26#039;s deer horns fall out every month?
False its only once a year
Reply:The mule deer and the white tail deer that are most common in the US, loose their antlers in the spring. They then grow new ones in the summer. They use their antlers for fighting off other %26quot;bucks%26quot; during the %26quot;rut%26quot;, which is their mating season which usually takes place in the fall. They loose both sides. I have found both left and right antlers in the woods.
Reply:That is not true. Male deer grow new antlers every year, usually in the spring. Their antlers only fall out once a year, not once a month. That%26#039;s just ridiculous.
Reply:ok first doe deer dont have horns, the bucks do. n i believe the horns of the bucks come of in the winter time, but dont hold me 2 it bc im not 100% sure if they do.
Reply:That%26#039;s a load of deer dung right there.
Reply:honey not sure where u got ur info but does do not have horns. never have and never will. We are a family of deer hunters and we never saw a doe with horns only bucks have horns.
Reply:A doe doesn%26#039;t have horns. A male deer is a buck and its horns fall off once a year. Also, they can be found with both sides intact.
