How d'ya like your steak. well done, medium, or pull out its horns and wipe its ar*e?

although the last choice is indeed tempting, I'll go with medium rare with a blue cheese butter, side of asparagus, crusty rolls, fabulous cab sav...oh yes, and you'll pick up the bill.

Reply:Medium well for me. I don't like to see any reds. I usually go with well done in expensive steak houses but for places like TGI, Black Angus, go with Medium well... it'll come out well done! I experienced eating charcoal when ordering my steak well done at TGI... lol. It wasn't funny when it happened though.

if its medium rare i need a spoon with it to hold the blood,

if its cooked i can just use the steak and knash pieces off the meat but i have to wear a knapkin or the drippin goes all over my chaps.
