It looks like it is wearing a Hindi crown.





But you do find things like winged woman-headed sphinxes, winged goats, and winged panthers with ram-horns in Greek art. So its possible.
Reply:I think its Hindu. Because the only thing that comes close to that description in Greek mytholgy are the Harpies. And I do not think that they have horns, and they are not hooved
