WHo agrees with me? songs with Syrens/horns should be banned from playing on the radio!!?

I can't stand when im driving listening to music on the radio, and part of the song has a police syren or a car horn, I have to look around me to see if there is actually a police, or turn down the radio to see if its just the radio playing. It causes distraction when i'm driving and i hate it!!

WHO Agrees? ANd how can i bring up this ban?

WHo agrees with me? songs with Syrens/horns should be banned from playing on the radio!!?
Is it that important to waste taxpayers money for something that is such a rare distraction? I think I've heard maybe 3 songs in my life that contained a siren or horn..
Reply:lol.....are there really THAT many songs that have sirens** or horns in them?? I haven't heard to many, but then....I've never really noticed many songs played like that around here. Dicking around with the radio IN GENERAL is a major distraction for drivers....has been the result of some accidents.

So, pretty much....I disagree with what you're saying. If you were a better driver, the radio wouldn't be distracting.

EDIT: That solves why I pretty much NEVER hear SIRENS(learn to spell) on the radio. Every time a rap or hip-hop song comes on, I switch to a different station. I can't stand that crap. You can easily just turn the radio down if you hear a siren, which you should in the first place if it really is an emergency vehicle so you can maybe hear if it's in your vicinity...not to mention, you should be checking your mirrors. But I ALWAYS turn down the radio if I hear sirens, no matter what I'm listening to. It's common sense.
Reply:I don't agree with you this is included as freedom of speech this would sensor someones rights so if you don't like it turn it off or put a mix cd in the player so you know there is no sirens or horns in it.
Reply:I see your point, but at the same time I do not see a reason to attempt a ban on it as it is limited. I also listen to rap/hip hop etc and have heard it a lot.

If you really believe it to be a concern, and you seem to, contact the FCC...Federal Communictaions Commission.

As for freedom of speech. ICE - T said it best in his song Freedome of Speech, Watch what you say.

You can NOT stand up in a crowded theatre and yell fire.

While not the exact same, it shows the potential for problems

I agree with your idea about having a radio version that does not have the horn or siren in it. When you send in your complaint to the FCC remember.... NO ONE will listen to a complaint that does not have a suggestion in it.
