Do you think unicorns are really just white horses with horns attached on their foreheads?

My friend showed me a picture of a unicorn and she swears up and down it%26#039;s a unicorn, but I think it%26#039;s just a pure white horse with a horn somehow attached to the forehead. How could someone do this?
