Reply:the breed with the biggest horns are watusi from africa the animal that is claimed to have the biggest hors is a watusi in missouri remember this is the animal that is claimed to have the bigest horns it is from the watusi breed but we really dont know if there might be another one in some other country that might have horns bigger than the one in missouri
